Your Role
Responsible for maintaining, improving, and deploying a Quality Management System (QMS) that supports the achievement of organizational objectives, while also measuring its efficiency and effectiveness within IT. Provides subject matter expertise in compliance management on an as-needed, time-permitting basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain the IT QMS in line with business objectives and QA requirements, including defining roles, procedures, and control points for compliance verification.
- Review and approve completed QMS elements such as roles, SOPs, work instructions, templates, and checklists prepared by System Owners and Process Owners.
- Plan, supervise, and enforce compliance assessments across teams, projects, and services to ensure regulatory and QMS adherence.
- Provide SME support in compliance and quality, including identifying, assessing, remediating, and monitoring risks related to SAP and automation.
- Supervise or lead investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and assess external suppliers of GxP and non-GxP IT services, including collaboration on QMS gap management.

Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, life science, business, or equivalent.
- Strong ability to lead and maintain the IT Quality Management System in alignment with business objectives and QA requirements.
- Experience in defining QMS roles, procedures, and control points to support compliance verification.
- Ability to review and approve QMS documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, templates, checklists, and related materials.
- Experience in planning, supervising, and enforcing compliance assessments across teams, projects, and services.
- Subject matter expertise in compliance and quality, with the ability to identify, assess, remediate, and monitor risks related to SAP and automation.
- Experience in managing investigations, CAPAs, supplier compliance activities, IT audits, and compliance deliverables, while supporting project managers on supplier quality performance.
- Fluent English
