Your Role 

As an IT Compliance Expert, you will be at the forefront of maintaining, improving, and deploying our Quality Management System (QMS). Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Leading and maintaining the IT QMS to meet business and QA requirements. 

  • Reviewing and finalizing QMS elements, including roles, SOPs, WIs, templates, and checklists. 

  • Planning and supervising compliance assessments of teams and projects. 

  • Providing subject matter expertise in compliance and quality management. 

  • Leading investigations and corrective actions when necessary. 

  • Assessing external suppliers of non-GxP IT services and collaborating with their compliance teams. 

  • Supporting Project Managers in ensuring supplier quality performance. 

  • Managing and coordinating IT audits and related activities. 

 

Your Qualifications 

To excel in this role, you will need: 

  • A Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, life science, business, or equivalent. 

  • Extensive experience with Quality Management Systems. 

  • The ability to balance business, operational, and regulatory objectives. 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels. 

  • The ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and regulatory information. 

  • Fluency in English 

  • Experience working with multi-national teams. 

  • Flexibility, pragmatism, leadership, integrity, and a relentless advocacy for quality and compliance.
