Role Description
The IT Solution Architect is responsible for setting the strategic direction for technical solutions across Commercial, Global Clinical Development, Research, and Early Development. This role involves aligning solution roadmaps with relevant stakeholders within and outside GIT, acting as a business partner with enterprise thinking and data understanding, and recognizing the interconnectedness of business processes. The primary aim of the role is to assess, develop, implement, and maintain compliant and efficient (GxP) solutions that support business goals and objectives. Acts as the point of contact between the Process Owner, System Owner, Procurement, and QA and Application Operation & Maintenance.

Your Role
- Seting the strategic direction for technical solutions across Commercial, Global Clinical Development, Research, and Early Development.
- Aligning solution roadmaps with relevant stakeholders within and outside GIT.
- Assess, develop, implement, and maintain compliant and efficient (GxP) solutions that support business goals and objectives.
- Leading business case development, manage upgrade projects, oversee project management, handle stakeholder management, and provide cross-functional support.
- Act as the point of contact between the Process Owner, System Owner, Procurement, and QA.
- Liaise between Process Owner, System Owner, Procurement, and QA.
- Engage with LoB stakeholders (Subject Matter Experts and Key Business Users).
- Coordinating with LEO GIT, LEO QA, and Finance experts.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- University/bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety databases.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for computerized systems validation and documentation.
- Good business process understanding.
- Knowladge of GxP and Project Managment skills.
