Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for driving organizational development, fostering employee engagement, and optimizing how we work across HR disciplines? LEO Pharma is seeking a Head of HR to lead the HR function for our Global Business Services (GBS) entity in Gdansk, Poland. In this pivotal role, you will partner with business leaders, lead a cross-functional HR team, and ensure that HR frameworks, processes, and policies are aligned with both local and global business objectives. Your Role: 

• Serve as the overall HR leader for the Gdansk legal entity, ensuring appropriate HR frameworks, processes, and benefits are in place for all employees across departments. 
• Act as a strategic HR advisor to the GBS Site Lead and leadership team, providing tactical HR advice and coaching to support business objectives. 
• Matrix leadership of a high-performing cross-functional HR team, ensuring alignment with local and global business needs. 
• Partner with leaders to drive organizational development, change management, and leadership excellence. 
• Promote a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with LEO Pharma’s Values, Winning Behaviors and Leadership Behaviors in close collaboration within the HR Community. 
• Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term sickness cases. 
• Use data-driven insights to analyze organizational capabilities and translate them into future organizational design and functional capabilities. 
• Monitor HR trends in the market and recommend updates to benefits, policies, and procedures as needed. 

Your Qualifications 

We are seeking a highly qualified professional with: 

• Solid HR Business Partner experience with strong knowledge of Polish employment law and employee relations. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 
• Experience in the business services or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. 
• Proven track record of supporting organizations through transformation, driving engagement, and implementing change. 
• Experience in a fast -grwoing organization would be an added value
• Strategic thinker with a focus on implementation and continuous improvement. 
• Strong collaboration skills within a matrixed organization and across global teams. 
• Demonstrated ability to ensure accountability and foster a compliant, high-performance culture. 
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
