Your role
You will be responsible for ensuring that global HR processes are seamlessly supported by HR information systems, applications, and tools. Your focus will be on optimising user experience and enhancing task efficiency through the effective use of HRIS and enabling technologies.
- Collaborate with COEs, GPSS Operations, countries, IT, and other stakeholders to drive People Portal platform improvements, align cross-platform initiatives, and manage system legal changes using the HR Continuous Improvements platform.
- Manage and maintain HR systems such as LEO People Portal, Kronos WFC, and other T&A solutions, while exploring and implementing new tools like RPA to automate data management and enhance efficiency.
- Apply LEAN principles to optimize operational processes, improve user experience, and achieve operational excellence.
- Provide data insights and recommendations for projects and initiatives in collaboration with Customer Relations and HR ServiceNow Experts to drive business value.
- Communicate HRIS updates, changes, and improvements through various channels, and work with the Service Delivery Manager to prioritize system incidents based on impact and complexity.
- Oversee bi-annual release management, propose system improvements, and participate in HR-IT projects with a focus on the SF suite, T&A tools, and HR document automation processes.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
• Master’s degree within HR, HR Technology, Process optimization
• Able to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer cen-tric solutions – but with a global mind-set.
• Able to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
• Develops and delivers communication that convey a clear understanding of unique needs of different audiences.
• Ability to handle stakeholders in multiple business areas within IT, HR and the countries
• Possess solid and in-depth insights into the use of HR data platforms and tools.
• Experience in process optimization within Shared Services environment
• Ability to think and design processes end to end ensuring efficiency and good user experience
• SuccessFactors® Suite certifications and relevant experience with Time and Attendance systems
• Excellent understanding of HR processes
