As Finance Business Partner Investment and Functional Area Controlling oversees the CAPEX process and manages the investment portfolio within the Technical Development and Supply (TDS) department. This role involves the efficient execution of projects within financial guidelines.

Your Role

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Developing, monitoring, and managing CAPEX budgets for manufacturing and supply chain projects.
• Preparing and presenting accurate CAPEX forecasts and financial reports to senior management.
• Ensuring CAPEX projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet governance standards.
• Conducting detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes for CAPEX investments.
• Working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize CAPEX investments.
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with CAPEX projects.
• Taking on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the TDS finance area

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• An academic background within finance
• 3+ years of experience with financial or business controlling and investment/CAPEX project controlling
• Experience with financials for manufacturing and supply chain areas
• Experience with project controlling and reporting and solid understanding of controlling structure for investment projects
• Preferably experience with SAP and SAP project structure functionality
• Financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial insight into actionable recommendations.
• Financial modelling capabilities.
• Skillful with Financial Systems and generating robust analysis.
• Able to identify risks and opportunities. Prioritize and focus on key challenges and drive for results.
