Finance Business Analyst, Critical Care

This role serves as a key finance partner for the Global Critical Care business, ensuring accurate reporting, robust cost control, and reliable forecasting to support strategic and operational decisions.

Your role

In this role, you will handle monthly sales, OPEX, and EBITDA reporting, manage global OPEX controls, and produce accurate forecasts. You will also provide operational support to the Head of Critical Care Business Finance, enabling informed and timely business decisions. 

 

Key responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead monthly Critical Care reporting, including commentary, variance analysis against benchmarks, and collaboration across functions to standardize and automate information management.
  • Support financial planning processes by coordinating and presenting targets, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring timely submissions aligned with Global Critical Care guidance.
  • Manage cost control and drive OPEX forecasting for Global Critical Care cost centers, monitoring targets and addressing deviations.
  • Ensure accurate financial data structures, including allocation keys, master data setup, and integration of new products, cost centers, and profit centers.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses and contribute to special projects as needed.

 

 

Your qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

 

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in SAP/ERP systems and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a global environment
