Your Role:  

 

As a Compliance Specialist, you will support the Head of Compliance Europe and the Third-Party Compliance Team in conducting third-party screenings, due diligence, and monitoring activities. You will be assisting in administering and developing LEO Pharma’s Third-Party Compliance Management (TPCM) program, ensuring alignment with governance, policies, and industry best practices. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Conducting due diligence and risk mitigation on relevant third parties, in collaboration with the Head of Compliance and the Third-Party Compliance Team. 
  • Maintaining internal processes and records, including an overview of vetted screenings and the local implementation plan in alignment with the line of business. 
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of governance, policies, procedures, and tools related to TPCM. 
  • Assisting the line of business in implementing TPCM processes across the organization. 
  • Maintaining the third-party monitoring plan and ensuring appropriate contract and supporting documentation archiving. 
  • Conducting ad-hoc compliance monitoring activities as required. 
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Legal Business Partners, Heads of Functions, and Procurement teams. 
  • Interfacing with relevant third-party intermediaries and ensuring best practices are followed in using global risk and compliance systems. 
  • Supporting compliance training development and implementation, as well as various compliance project management tasks. 

 

Your Qualifications 

 

To succeed in this role, you should bring: 

 

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Legal, or a relevant field. 
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Third-Party Management and Anti-Corruption Risk Management. 
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (advantageous but not essential). 
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. 
  • Strong intercultural proficiency and collaborative skills. 
  • Precision and attention to detail, with the ability to work discretely with confidential information. 
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to handle large quantities of information effectively. 
  • An interest in AI and new technologies to enhance compliance processes.
