Your role
- Enhance and streamline the utilization of data by our customers, empowering them to make informed strategic decisions through reliable and standardized data and analytics solutions specifically designed for the pharma and commercial.
- Foster a robust data and analytics culture by engaging in proactive strategic partnerships with business units, developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that are consistently utilized and integrated into business processes, while adhering to the unique requirements and regulatory standards of the pharmaceutical Industry.
- Work closely with our team in US and Canada
- The position would require working in US hours and possible travel to US / Canada couple of times a year
- Define the direction and strategy for the function by understanding customers’ data and analytics needs, translating them into insightful solutions and robust processes.
- Identify, track, and report on KPIs, acting as a sparring partner for the line of business on relevant and feasible metrics.
- Proactively consult with senior stakeholders at GLT-1 level on ad-hoc analytical projects, advising on best practices and identifying global use cases.
- Support the line of business by providing training on tools and techniques and help translate complex data into actionable insights as needed.
- Stay up to date with technological developments to optimize BI solutions within LEO Pharma.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- 3 years’ business analytical experience with a track-record of quantitative data analysis and data modelling
- 2 years’ experience in data partnering/analytics within the supported area (e.g. Commercial , Sales )
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Automate and Power App)
- Programming experience with DAX or SQL
- Knowledge of Veeva CRM is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Snowflake and dBT is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
