Application Manager for Serialization

Your Role

As a Application Manager for Serialization you will:

•    Work closely with Senior Application manager for Manufacturing and application owners to gain and withhold an understanding of demands and requirements 
•    Serve as single point of contact from relevant business stakeholders towards LEO Global IT and external IT partners
•    Responsible for service delivery for SAP ATTP and Antares, action as application specific first escalation point
•    Manages day-to-day delivery and responsible for quality/compliance and for addressing application issues or failures
•    Responsible for ensuring maintenance, upgrades and patching
•    Drives and tracks continuous improvement initiatives
•    Support ERP Manager, Senior Application Managers and Application Managers, in building and maintaining key global guiding principles, templates and other material 
•    Builds and maintain the relationship with vendors delivering Services

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

•    Experienced working with SAP ATTP and Antares
•    Compliance (GxP) / Pharma knowledge
•    ITIL knowledge (i.e., experience with Service Now tool) 
•    Manages the day-to-day delivery of the contracted services, accountable for the quality, and responsible for addressing application issues or failures
•    Experience with process optimization and documentation
•    Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
•    Professional proficiency in written and verbal English
