Your Role 

As an Application Manager you will: 

• Keep RIM Vault in an operational, validated state
• Build competencies in RDQ Application Management team and amongst key stakeholders
• Execute RIM Vault Periodic Review in collaboration with CQ Process and Systems team, HCL, Veeva and IT etc.
• Support system owners, maintain application lifecycle roadmaps, manage risks and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with GxP IT validation standards. 
• Build a strong technical culture emphasizing technical excellence, security, and user experiences. 
• Balancing competing activities constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks to accommodate the needs of each user/stakeholder 

Your Qualifications 

To excel in this role, you will need: 

• Veeva vault certification
• Experience (2-4 years) within Application Management
• Experience in reviewing documentation such as user requirements, release notes, validation plans/reports, etc.
• Full proficiency in both written and spoken English. 
• Functional and technical understanding of relevant solutions and integration with third-party, on-premise, and cloud-based platforms. 
• The ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. 
• Strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a changing environment with tight deadlines and diverse cultures.
