Your role

 

As Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative, coordination, and organizational support to the Development function and its leadership team. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations through effective calendar and meeting management, timely follow-up on actions and deadlines, and professional handling of documentation, communication, and stakeholder interactions. This role is well suited to someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Development leadership and team
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items and key deliverables
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, project updates, and other business documents
  • Maintain organized records, files, contracts, correspondence, and development-related documentation while handling confidential information with discretion
  • Provide general administrative support, including expense claims, purchase requests, invoices, office coordination, and ad hoc support to leadership

Your qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Solid experience with change management
  • Experience supporting project, or corporate functions is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
