Your Role 

As a Trademark Professional, you will be responsible for securing, maintaining, defending, and enforcing LEO Pharma's trademark rights. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Providing trademark support to assigned stakeholders, projects, and areas. 

• Handling trademark registrations and ensuring timely renewals. 

• Collecting documents for use as evidence of trademark use in prosecution and opposition matters. 

• Managing external trademark counsel effectively and cost-efficiently. 

• Overseeing trademark watch services and opposition matters. 

• Supporting parallel import matters and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) and Artwork management. 

• Keeping detailed records of your work according to professional standards. 

Your Qualifications 

To excel in this role, you will need: 

• A degree in law, business administration, or a related field. 

• Several years of experience with trademark matters. 

• Strong IT skills and the ability to manage trademark databases and related software. 

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing trademark portfolios. 

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
