Your role
As a Student Assistant in HR team you will support other team members with day-to-day activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being proactive and conscientious in solving assigned tasks adapted to the level of competence
- Involvement in a variety of processes and the ability to learn quickly
- Updating and maintaining HR records in accordance with global and local processes,
- Scanning and archiving of documentation
- Data cleanup
- Perform some Talent Acquisition Administration tasks on demand (inc. interview scheduling).
Your Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HR processes (nice to have).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Flexible, with a proactive "can-do" attitude aligned with LEO values.
- Action-oriented, with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Positive attitude and a strong team player.
- Knowledge of Spanish is highly advantageous.
