Your Role
As a Shipping Specialist you will play a role in managing finished goods and semi-finished product transportation globally. Acting as the main point of contact between a network of stakeholders across the U.S., Denmark, and Poland, you will lead stock management, dispatch operations, and ensure smooth supply chain execution. This role offers the chance to work in a highly collaborative and learning-driven environment, where your growth and development are supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily morning meetings with logistics company and warehouse teams to coordinate logistics activities.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely transportation based on planner insights and stakeholder communication.
- Provide updates and alignment with external and internal planners for transportation operations.
- Proactively address challenges and provide solutions to maintain a seamless shipping process while mitigating issues.
Your Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse international stakeholders.
- Previous experience with operational systems such as SAP or similar logistics platforms is highly desirable.
- A background in shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is considered a valuable asset.
You possess strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and exceptional attention to accuracy and detail. Moreover, you are enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn, grow, and develop within a dynamic global logistics environment

The team is divided into sub teams: Replenishment Team which consists of 3 people focusing on shipment specifications and ensuring smooth processes and Direct Sales Team of 7 members who not only excel in sales but also provide valuable support to the replenishment team.
