This is a fixed-term position for one year, offering you the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while gaining valuable experience.
Project lead responsibilities:
- Demonstrating subject matter expertise in project management
- Defining project scope, team deliverables, timing, budget (project charter)
- Leading projects by overseeing risk assessments, developing milestone plans, tracking progress, and conducting lessons learned reviews.
- Taking full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, guiding the team to execute the plan within the defined scope and timelines, while effectively managing stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring continuous process development, including further developments of digitalization/BOTs/APPs
Team lead Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a compliant and efficient process management within given scope
- Responsibility for audit readiness, including adherence to compliance policy and internal controls
- Overseeing routine performance reviews for processes within scope, evaluating team members, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, and addressing escalations effectively
- Ensuring all tasks are consistently performed in alignment with the LEO Code of Conduct and in compliance with current GMP/GDP guidelines.
- Leading, motivating and developing the team including setting up effective backup
- Prepares input to strategy (roadmap)
Your qualifications:
- Min Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, economic, or a related field
- Business or supply chain experience within the manufacturing sector; experience within Pharma would be advantageous
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project leader managing cross-functional, complex projects, along with at least 3 years of proven experience in team management.
- Green Belt or PRINCE certification
- Solid knowledge of SAP
- Expertise in advanced Excel, data analysis, and presentation delivery
- Fluency in both spoken and written Polish and English; proficiency in any additional European language is considered an asset

Your work will have a significant impact on the delivery process, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data alignment. The team is focused on continuous improvement, and you will play a key role in identifying and resolving system mismatches, setting priorities, and driving operational excellence.
