Your Role
As a PV Affiliate Relations Partner, you will establish and facilitate communication and collaboration between LEO Pharma Global Safety, affiliates, and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage and build day-to-day relationships with Affiliate teams.
• Oversee and support global activities rolled out locally in affiliates.
• Provide data to the relevant PSMF Annexes.
• Maintain and create PVAs.
• Support Affiliates before, during, and after pharmacovigilance audits and inspections.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of harmonized PV processes in the affiliates.
• Be one point of contact for LEO Pharma affiliates.
• Continuously monitor and improve the global PV system.
• Provide PV training, support, and guidance to LEO Pharma affiliates, including the development and maintenance of training material.
• Provide relevant training for local activities to local vendors and ensure completed training is documented prior to initiation.
• Proactively seek information on local activities
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
• A scientific educational background as MD, Pharmacist, or equivalent.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Pharmacovigilance knowledge from working in an affiliate, especially local activities, case handling and PV contract management.
• Experience with affiliate set-up and function.
• Strong quality and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Structured and detail oriented.
• Ability to independently solve common issues and make improvements to systems within the area of responsibility to deliver results.
• Ability to guide and train other professionals.
• Strong sense of processes and procedures
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Good IT skills and experienced user of common Microsoft Office programs.
