Your role
As an OtC Accountant, you will ensure end-to-end accuracy in sales postings, reconciliations, and billing activities. You will work closely with external providers and internal teams across regions, applying your SAP and Excel expertise to maintain compliance, improve processes, and deliver reliable financial reporting.
Your tasks
- Post sales entries based on third-party provider reports
- Perform detailed sales, inventory, and AR reconciliations
- Analyse prices and investigate discrepancies
- Support process improvement projects in the OtC area
- Maintain documentation and controls in line with audit requirements
Beyond these tasks, you will also contribute to billing activities, and ensure the integrity of OtC processes – all supported by your strong analytical mindset and high-quality standards.
Your qualifications
We seek a professional with proven experience in OtC processes and strong technical skills in SAP and Excel.
To succeed in the role you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Order to Cash (OtC), AR, Order Management, or RTR processes in a multinational/shared services environment
- Knowledge of SAP FI/SD modules
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
