Your role

As a Junior OTC Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and efficient customer invoicing and payment processes. Collaborating with colleagues across our global markets, you will apply your finance expertise and SAP knowledge while gaining valuable skills from an experienced team.

You will contribute to cross-functional initiatives that streamline OTC operations, identify discrepancies using Excel, and safeguard documentation integrity across multiple regions.

This position is ideal for candidates with foundational OTC/AR experience who are eager to expand their knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment - working on both operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Your tasks

Apply customer payments to AR accounts in SAP
Reconcile and clear customer accounts
Issue customer invoices based on various input data
Send statements to customers
Handle customer and internal OTC queries in the helpdesk tool (ServiceNow)

You will also provide assistance within the agreed framework for any ad-hoc requests, ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth cooperation across teams.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone with some financial foundation and a readiness to grow in OTC processes.

To succeed in the role you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or related field
1–2 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC), Accounts Receivable, Order Management, or similar finance processes (or strong internship/entry-level experience)
Basic knowledge of SAP FI/SD modules
Good command of English (B1/B2)
