Your role
As HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational support for dedicated markets. You will work actively in ServiceNow and HR systems, ensuring that employee data, and processes are handled accurately and in line with global and local requirements.
Your work will help managers and employees navigate HR processes with confidence, while contributing to continuous improvements across our HR operations setup.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Manage HR operations support for dedicated markets, including employment-related inquiries, time and attendance, simple payroll questions, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Update and maintain HR systems and employee records according to global and local processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, addendums, special letters, and other HR documentation.
- Support benefits administration, leave of absence, sickness, time off, service awards, gifts, and related processes where relevant.
- Monitor and resolve incoming employee and manager queries in ServiceNow, ensuring timely and customer-focused service.
- Support payroll processes by collecting input, running internal controls, following payroll checklists.
- Support data quality activities.
- Help maintain relevant knowledge articles for your dedicated markets.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you bring:
- Experience in HR operations/administration, or a similar process-driven HR environment.
- Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, such as hiring, onboarding, employee changes, benefits, leave, and offboarding.
- In-depth insights into the use of HR data platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with data and documentation.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; an additional European language is a plus.

Your new team
You will join Global People Services, where the focus is on delivering efficient, high-quality, and employee-centered HR support across the organization. The team works closely with Process Owners, HR Operations and Payroll leaders, HRIS, and Service Delivery stakeholders to ensure strong governance, continuous improvement, and reliable service delivery. As part of a global company with Danish roots, you will collaborate across countries and functions while being based in Gdańsk.
