Your role

This position presents a unique and rewarding challenge, offering significant opportunities to lead impactful transformations while fostering the growth of both people and processes.

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Govern the Order to Cash (OtC) process, including design, maintenance, continuous improvement and automatization 
  • Ensure full compliance with the LEO Code of Conduct, GMP/GDP guidelines, and internal documentation (PPs, SOPs, WIs)
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team, including training plans and backup systems
  • Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Act as escalation point for customer and internal team inquiries
  • Support key stakeholders, particularly in production and order management
  • Manage after-sales inquiries and support quality activities, including recall situations
  • Oversee product supply from third parties and production sites, including API shipping, ensuring efficient, and compliant transportation
  • Lead projects end-to-end, including risk assessments, milestone planning, and lessons learned
  • Contribute to roadmaps aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Participate in audits, meetings, and ad-hoc operational activities as required

 

Your qualifications: 

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, economic, or a related field   
  • Business or supply chain experience within the manufacturing sector; pharma experience is an advantage 
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in team management
  • Experience in managing cross-functional, complex projects in global environment 
  • Green Belt certification would be an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of SAP 
  • Expertise in advanced Excel, data analysis, and presentation delivery   
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English; proficiency in any additional European language is considered an asset
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Your work will have a significant impact on the delivery process, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data alignment. The team is focused on continuous improvement, and you will play a key role in identifying and resolving system mismatches, setting priorities, and driving operational excellence.
