Your role
As a Finance Systems & Process Expert, you will be the business problem owner and the key bridge between IT and Finance — providing strategic insight, engaging diverse stakeholders, and driving measurable improvements in processes and systems. You will provide technical support for SAP and Concur, contribute to finance-related projects, and steer SAP/Concur development to meet business needs. You will proactively identify and initiate system and process improvements in close collaboration with finance teams and other stakeholders, and work with IT to ensure solutions are aligned, prioritized correctly, tested, and deployed on schedule.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert and gatekeeper for e2e P2P process design with focus on core financial systems
- Maintain and optimize financial e2e processes and supporting systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability in P2P accounting area
- Initiate improvements and changes within P2P processes, incl. VIM, SAP and Concur changes
- Assess business requests adequately, ensuring data quality and identifying risks
- Coordinate problem resolutions & testing with key stakeholders, incl. IT
Your qualifications:
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good understanding of finance and controlling processes, combined with knowledge of core business functions such as production, logistics and procurement.
- Working experience in SAP with strong focus on FICO – mainly P2P, ideally in manufacturing
- Experience in Vendor invoice management (VIM) or other equivalent system
- Hands‑on experience in Concur technical maintenance supplemented by good understating of T&E processes –would be advantageous
- Curiosity and analytical mindset about SAP technicalities behind user interface
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Experience with full life cycle of SAP projects implementation phases, upgrades, rollouts, and data migration activities, from finance business point of view, would be advantageous
On a personal level you demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, work independently with a structured and reliable approach, and take proactive action when needed.
Your team
You will join a team of experienced professionals that will grow to a maximum of five people. The team will bring diverse seniority levels and ages, combining strong hands‑on expertise with strategic know‑how. The team members are based both in Denmark and Poland and support day‑to‑day operations. You should expect occasional travel to our Ballerup site roughly once every two months. The team’s mission is to ensure smooth system operations, deliver improvements, and support successful rollouts across finance.
