Your role
As a Finance Business Analyst for International Operations, you will play a key role in driving and optimizing performance across global markets, contributing to both short-term goals and long-term growth. You will coordinate and execute financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that shape strategic decision-making. Your qualifications
You combine strong technical finance skills with global stakeholder management experience and the ability to transform data into impactful insights.
- University degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Analytics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst, Business Partner, or similar analytical role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in creating clear, high-impact PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems and experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Proven track record in financial planning, reporting, and performance management across diverse markets.
- Fluent in English and capable of working confidently across cultures and geographies.
As a person, you are analytical and proactive, combining strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a broader, strategic perspective. You take ownership, adapt easily to change, and maintain a strong customer focus. You collaborate effectively, seek practical solutions, challenge the status quo, and drive continuous improvement.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not fully meet all the listed qualifications. This role provides meaningful opportunities for learning and professional development, and we value motivation, and a willingness to grow alongside your existing experience.
