Your Role
As a Compliance Specialist, you will administer the Speak-Up system, manage compliance communication and awareness, and handle Global Legal & Compliance’s e-learnings and training platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administer LEO Pharma’s whistleblower system, including monitoring cases and assisting the Senior Ethics & Compliance Specialist in handling cases.
- Assist in the assignment of trainings, procedures and SOPs to new employees and annual retraining, including monitoring completion rates.
- Ensure that current and relevant documents are included in the Global Risk & Compliance training matrix by reviewing applied documents monthly.
- Assist in performing yearly re-training in Code of Conduct, including assignment of Code of Conduct e-learning and anti-corruption and anti-bribery e-learning for all employees, monitoring completion, and preparing completion rates for reporting.
- Propose and support automation of key compliance processes, including Speak-Up, and the optimized use of AI across Global Legal & Compliance.
- Support the development and maintenance of governance, policies and procedures, processes, tools, materials, and templates pertaining to Global Risk & Compliance.
- Support local Compliance Officers in the implementation of global compliance programs across the organization.
- Own the Global Risk & Compliance annual wheel, maintaining it and communicating upcoming activities to relevant colleagues.
- Maintain the Global Legal & Compliance litigation tracker.
- Administer the Business Ethics mailbox.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law or another relevant area.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including European whistleblower regulations.
- 2-5 years of experience within Ethics and Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong English skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical and research skills, and the ability to work effectively with large quantities of information.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Experience with digitalization and automation of compliance processes is an advantage.
