At LEO Pharma, we are global leaders in medical dermatology. We have 115 years’ experience in bringing innovation to healthcare. And we are eager to do much more. Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines.
Your role
We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack / CMS Developer to offer ongoing functional support and evolve our global commercial website platforms. You’ll work across the stack — from robust backend integrations to supporting delivery — ensuring our sites run securely, efficiently, and at scale. This is a hands-on development role with a strong emphasis on backend architecture, API integrations, automation, and deployment pipelines, alongside high-quality front-end output.
The team sits in the Global IT area responsible for data, analytics and AI, offering ample opportunities for interesting work and collaborations.
Key responsibilities:
· Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Create system and technical solution documentation, including detailed specifications, deployment pipelines, and operational playbooks.
· Engineer and enhance CMS-based platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Wordpress, Salesforce) with custom back-end modules and services.
· Integrate with enterprise systems via REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication layers, and workflow automation.
· Develop, maintain, and optimize cloud hosting environments and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Implement extensible architecture for multi-language, multi-site websites, including translation automation.
· Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to embed tracking, A/B testing, and SEO-ready features at the code level.
· Monitor and improve scalability, uptime, and performance.
· Produce technical documentation, operating playbooks, and integration specs for internal and vendor teams.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
· Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or similar.
· Strong programming skills in JavaScript (Node.js), C#, Java, or PHP — plus modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
· Proven experience architecting CMS/e-commerce platforms, including custom back-end development.
· Expertise in API design and integration, authentication, and security best practices.
· Familiarity with DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
· Understanding of version control workflows (Git) and testing frameworks.
· Experience with global site operations, localization, and compliance workflows.
· Fluent in written and spoken English, curious and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
