Your Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical input for SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) optimization with the Commercial architect.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders for SFMC projects.
• Analyze existing SFMC systems and propose improvements.
• Design scalable, secure, and user-friendly SFMC solutions.
• Create technical documentation.
• Manage SFMC backlog and change requests.
• Provide SFMC expertise in governing business processes.
• Communicate SFMC matters to stakeholders.
• Foster a strong technical culture emphasizing excellence, security, and user experience.
• Solve complex support cases and contribute to decision-making.
• Lead activities related to changes and assess impact of new Veeva releases.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud (2-4 years) preferable within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, engineering, natural science, or similar.
• SalesForce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Developer certification will be strong advantage.
• SalesForce CRM or Microsoft CRM experience is an advantage.
• Fully proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Being proactive and working independently. 
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.

Your New Team

Your will be part of a small team supporting several Global Commercial applications, with team members situated in LEO Pharma’s IT Delivery Center in Chennai, India and in our Headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark.
This role will be the first position in the Commercial Application Management team to be based in our Global Business Support Center, but we are expecting to expand the team later in the year and as the Commercial Application Management is part of the same functional area as the Global Development, SSI and Quality Application Management team you will have several colleagues based in the Global Business support Center to liaise with.
