Your Role

We seek a highly experienced Clinical Pharmacologist to lead strategy and execution across development projects within LEO Pharma. You will function as the Clinical Pharmacology Lead, driving PK/PD modelling, designing first-in-human studies, mentoring colleagues, and influencing asset strategy globally. This is a front-office role, where you will be steering project decisions, and ensuring regulatory excellence. A remote work arrangement is possible for the right candidate.

Your Tasks

• Lead and design clinical pharmacology strategies and studies, including First-in-Human trials.
• Drive state-of-the-art PK/PD modelling across multiple projects.
• Represent the department in global program teams and authority interactions.
• Role model project leadership.
• Collaborate across disciplines on early-stage and late-stage projects, and support business development on due diligence.

Your Qualifications

• Extensive experience in preclinical and clinical drug development.
• Proven leadership experience in global project teams.
• Expertise in designing and executing clinical pharmacology studies.
• PhD-level knowledge with extensive PK modelling experience.
• Experience with both small molecules and biologics; topical drug development experience is a plus.
• 10 years+ experience working within clinical pharmacology
