Your role
As a Business User Administrator for GxP Training (Good x Practice), your primary responsibility will be to support LEO Pharma departments with training set-up in the global Document Management System (DMS: Veeva Vault) and to ensure the maintenance of sustainable systems and processes.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for training assignment-related queries, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of the business. Collaborating closely with various departments across LEO Pharma globally, you will ensure the efficient use of the DMS and its alignment with business goals. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with stakeholders to maintain training matrices and documents, ensuring their distribution to end users
- Maintain the DMS, including procedures and training material
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements related to the DMS
- Test updates of the DMS (Veeva Vault) before their release
- Create training binders for new employees
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of supporting system tools such as Excel spreadsheets, Power BI and other databases
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, but what really matters is your drive, mindset, and eagerness to learn
- Fluency in English is crucial, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of GxP requirements would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel user with a tech-savvy attitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent collaboration, communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to maintain good stakeholder relations at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to listen, understand and address needs from a Stakeholder perspective
- Thrive in a global setting, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international colleagues
