Your role
Lead the AR Team and drive Financial Success as the AR Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6 AR controllers located in Poland, Greece, and Mexico
- Collaborate effectively with our finance outsourcing partner
- Oversee the overall AR process, including direct customers and various third-party logistics providers (3PL)
- Support the Commercial/Sales teams by providing reliable financial insights to facilitate informed decision-making
- Strengthen LEO Pharma's liquidity by ensuring a smooth and predictable cash collection process
- Make decisions on trade terms, payment terms, and, if necessary, legal actions to be taken against customers
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors regarding AR-related queries
- Champion cross-functional collaboration to optimize AR processes and drive financial excellence
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing an AR/collections team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a similar field
- Experience working in a multinational team environment
- Proactive approach to meeting business needs in line with company policies
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to establish and execute company policies effectively
- Proficiency in working with large amounts of data and translating it into business language to support decision-making
- Experience in process improvement
As a person, you have strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a global team.
