Your role

You will be working as a payment specialist resolve rejections, and perform control checks for error prevention. Provide responsive, customer-focused support to internal and external stakeholders and partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements, reporting, and ad-hoc business needs.

Key responsibilities:

Prepares and executes in SAP automatic payments according to internal payment calendar as well as ad-hoc off-cycle payments
Manage end-to-end vendor payment processing through SAP and online banking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor and reconcile payments, investigate issues, and perform root cause analysis for rejected or returned transactions.
Provide responsive support to stakeholders, resolving queries and fostering strong business relationships.
Prepare reports, including aging analysis, and support month-end closing activities.
Processing user queries through Service Now (ticketing system) and support Month-End reporting

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications/experience:

A university degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
Up to 1.5 years of experience in AP preparing payment
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems would be advantageous
Hands-on experience in operating in SAP payment transactions and general understanding of end-to-end AP processes
Good Excel skills
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Fluent English both written and spoken
Experience in working with International Company will be an added value
