Your role
You will be part of our Accounts Payable Department, supporting vendor query management and internal requests. This role is about delivering accurate, timely, and respectful financial service that strengthens our partnerships -both inside and outside LEO Pharma.
Your tasks:
- Handle vendor and internal AP requests via ServiceNow
- Log, categorize, and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
- Support AP activities by providing information and resolving issues
- Reconcile vendor accounts based on statements received
- Contact vendors via email
- Follow up on outstanding queries with relevant stakeholders
You will also provide assistance within the agreed framework for any ad-hoc requests, ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth cooperation across teams.
Your qualifications
You bring a strong foundation in finance or accounting and a readiness to learn more about our AP processes. While prior SAP knowledge is nice to have, we provide training so you can quickly grow into the role.
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or finance
- Good communication skills in English (B1/B2)
- Working AP knowledge and SAP familiarity (preferred – training provided)
