Your role

As AP Helpdesk Accountant in our Global Business Services Finance team, your mission is to manage vendor and employee queries within the Accounts Payable and T&E (travel and expenses) processes. You’ll keep our financial operations running smoothly, working closely with stakeholders across the business to solve problems and find better ways forward.

Your  tasks:

• Manage AP and T&E ticket queue and prioritize workload
• Resolve complex vendor queries and identify process improvement opportunities
• Support employees with expense report submissions, policy inquiries, and corrections
• Perform required analyses to support internal and external audits
• Provide recurring issue analysis and feedback to AP process owners

You will also support month-end AP close with issue resolution, process credit card applications in online banking, and assist with ad-hoc requests - ensuring that every stakeholder receives clear, timely, and proactive service.

Your qualifications

We’re looking for a professional with a strong foundation in finance, accounts payable processes, and stakeholder management.
You thrive in a service-oriented environment and have the skills to spot opportunities for improvement in everyday work.

To succeed in the role you have

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (preferably in a Shared Service Centre environment)
• Experience in customer service and ticketing systems
• SAP FI and AP process knowledge (preferred)
• Travel & Expenses experience (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (B1/B2)
• Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
