In the Accounts Payables department, we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.

Your role

Your primary tasks will include:

- Preparing AP reports for monthly controls, including AP aging, GR/IR, and WHT reporting 

- Reconciling mailboxes for incoming invoices and supporting invoice posting 

- Following up on outstanding open items with vendors and internal stakeholders 

- Managing vendor and internal AP requests through ServiceNow 

- Reconciling vendor accounts based on statements received 

Your qualifications

- A university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 

- Min 1 year of experience within finance, or accounts payable 

- Practical AP knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end PTP process 

- Experience working with SAP

- Good Excel skills 

- Good communication skills in English
