As Product Specialist Dermatology, you will play a key role in building long-term partnerships with dermatologists and improving the lives of patients across Southern Netherlands through innovative LEO patient solutions.

You will join a passionate sales organization working closely with Medical and Market Access colleagues to make a real difference for patients living with dermatological diseases.

 

 

Your role

 

As Product Specialist Dermatology, you are responsible for driving sustainable sales growth in your assigned territory by developing strong, trust-based relationships with dermatologists. You act as a trusted partner, combining strong business acumen with deep product and disease knowledge, always keeping the patient at the center of everything you do.

 

Your primary tasks will include:

 

  • Building and managing long-term partnerships with dermatologists in your territory
  • Executing the national sales strategy and achieving agreed sales targets
  • Developing and implementing territory business plans and account strategies
  • Collecting and sharing market and customer insights to support cross functional decision-making
  • Planning, documenting, and reporting activities accurately in Veeva CRM and related systems

 

Please take in account that this is a field position, you will be expected to visit professionnals at their office.

Your qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Solid experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong commercial skills: Proven ability to drive sales results and manage key accounts
  • Digital mindset: Experience working with CRM systems such as Veeva and digital engagement tools
  • English and Dutch fluent

You will become part of the Sales Team Dermatology, reporting to the Head of Sales BeNeLux. The team works in close collaboration with Medical and Market Access colleagues, sharing knowledge and insights to ensure a consistent and compliant approach towards customers.
