Shape the future of supply planning in medical dermatology -  where smart decisions, true partnerships and robust planning help ensure patients receive the medicines they need, when they need them.

Join us in creating a future legacy in medical dermatology. At LEO Pharma, we are global leaders in medical dermatology with more than 115 years of experience bringing innovation to healthcare. In Supply Chain and Planning, you will join a team with a “challenge accepted” mindset, guided by simplification, collaboration and accountability to deliver reliable supply across our global network.

Your Role

Please note, this is a 10-month Fixed Term Contract, based from our site in Dublin.

As a Tactical Planner, you will own the tactical supply chain plan across a 0–24-month horizon for one or more Patient Solutions, CMOs or sites. Your key objective will be to balance global demand and supply, ensuring capacity is planned to deliver customer demand on time and in full. Partnering closely with Production, Procurement, Quality and external partners, you will play a central role in turning demand into executable supply plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning tactical capacity and supply planning, ensuring alignment between budget, forecast, demand and site/CMO capacity.
  • Leading and supporting Site/S&OP capacity meetings, monitoring execution and driving follow-up on key decisions.
  • Integrating engineering downtime, maintenance, upgrades and lifecycle activities into the site capacity planning model.
  • Managing critical supply events by coordinating resolution and communication plans across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining planning master data, run alert monitoring and initiate actions to resolve shortages, stock risks and capacity constraints.

You will also support scenario planning, “what-if” analyses and root cause investigations on recurring delivery deviations. In addition, you will contribute to lifecycle management activities such as tech transfers, shelf-life planning, phase-in/phase-out, artwork changes and new product introductions - always ensuring work is carried out in accordance with LEO Pharma’s QMS and cGxP requirements.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine you bring existing supply chain expertise, advanced planning capabilities and experience working in complex, regulated environments. You understand how capacity, demand, inventory, master data and production planning connect - and you know how to turn insight into action. We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent by experience
  • Significant and broad experience within supply chain, logistics and/or supply management.
  • Experience with capacity planning, S&OP processes, inventory management and forecast alignment.
  • Experience working with SAP; APO experience would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of planning master data, purchase order management and CMO/site collaboration.

As a person, you are process-oriented, accountable and comfortable managing ambiguity. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across the supply chain and keep the customer at the centre of your decisions. You are motivated by solving complex challenges and driving results that make a real impact.

Your Team

You will be part of the Supply Chain and Planning team in Dublin, working within a highly connected supply chain environment. Together, you will help ensure a robust, cost-conscious and compliant supply network that supports LEO Pharma’s commitment to patients.
