Your role
As a Supervisor (Topical Packaging Business Unit), you will play an essential role in the day-to-day running and performance of the Topical Packaging Business Unit in Dublin, Ireland. This is an output-focused position with responsibility for supporting the success of topical filling and packing operations, ensuring performance targets are met across utilization, OEE, and schedule adherence. You will supervise operations on the floor, help create the right conditions for a high-performing team, and ensure that compliance, safety, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards in TPBU, including document management systems, deviations, change controls, and LPR integrity
- Support compliance with health and safety standards across the business unit
- Review TPBU batch documentation and support the use of key LEO systems such as MyQMS, MyDoc, and SAP
- Coordinate production and maintenance activities while supervising operators and Team Leaders to deliver against performance and output targets
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to support training, standard work execution, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- A third level technical or life science degree, or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related industries
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment or similar
- A strong understanding of cGMP requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience developing improvement action plans
- Experience supporting or leading teams in an operational environment

The team works closely with colleagues across Warehouse, Quality, GMP Support, Training, Continuous Improvement, Logistics, Technical Services, and Maintenance. Together, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while continuously improving performance and ways of working.
