Your role

The reliability engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the maintenance standards and the reliability equipment and associated services are in line with international
best practice and will include the following overarching responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and schedule Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to ensure timely and compliant completion.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors, Production, and Planning to create achievable PM schedules.
  • Support execution of PM schedule, ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standards.
  • Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensure accurate documentation of work requests, spare parts, and equipment updates.
  • Provide support for equipment investigations, OEM visits, and troubleshooting, while also communicating updates to relevant departments and participating in planning meetings.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

 

  • Ideally have a Reliability Engineer qualification in addition to third level qualification (degree or higher) in Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other related discipline 
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role in a multi-national manufacturing organisation is essential, preferably within bulk manufacturing and utilities.
