Your Role

As our team continues to grow, we are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Irish affiliate. This pivotal role will lead the successful of execution and optimisation of LEO’s dermatology portfolio across Ireland. This is a key commercial role responsible for delivering compliant, multichannel HCP marketing initiatives across primary and secondary care, aligned with strategic objectives and governance standards.

 

This role offers broad exposure across established and innovative brands, combining marketing execution with regular field engagement. Please note, this is a not a line management position.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 

Campaign & Brand Execution

  • Translation of brand strategy into clear, compliant annual and quarterly execution plans
  • Delivery of end‑to‑end multichannel HCP campaigns (digital, CLM, email, events, webinars, and field tools) including the effective tracking of timelines, budgets, and spend allocation to ensure execution
  • Close management of partner agencies, materials, and timelines in line with brand identity and governance
  • Ensuring compliance with IPHA Code, PV, GDPR, and internal SOPs.

 

Performance & Optimisation

  • Defining KPIs and tracking of performance across digital, field, and in‑market activities
  • Analysing of CRM, digital, and market data to optimise targeting, messaging, and channel mix
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations through regular business reviews

 

Customer & Field Engagement

  • Regular field interactions to gather insights from HCP’s and key stakeholders
  • Sales responsibility for a small number of teaching hospitals
  • Supporting congresses, educational meetings, and promotional events as needed

 

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Close partnering with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain teams both regionally and globally

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have the following qualifications:

 

Essential

  • Significant experience in brand management/marketing roles within pharmaceutical, ideally within medical dermatology or specialty care, including experience of new product launches.
  • Background in sales and/or key account management is desirable.
  • Excellent understanding of the Irish healthcare landscape and key stakeholders, knowledge of IPHA Code, pharmacovigilance (PV), GDPR, and medical approval processes
  • Proven experience delivering multichannel HCP marketing campaigns, including budget management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/CLM systems (e.g. Veeva)
  • Experience working closely with field teams and supporting HCP engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret market, CRM, and digital performance data

 

A full driving licence with willingness to travel nationally is required (approximately one day per week, with flexibility as needed).
