Your role

As an HR Projects Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective delivery of HR projects, internal communications, and event management activities. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Project Support: Assist in the successful delivery of the Time & Attendance replacement project (SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Employee Communications: Contribute to the enhancement of various employee communication programs and materials.
  • Event Management: Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership development programs, recognition activities, and company-sponsored social events (Christmas & Summer events).
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, ensuring high levels of job satisfaction and team morale.
  • Wellbeing Programs: Support the delivery of employee wellbeing programs.
  • HR Queries: Handle basic HR queries and provide employee support by directing staff to resources and information.
  • Workplace Culture: Champion a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with business objectives and company values.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize expert knowledge in software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to create visually engaging internal communication materials.

 

This role is based at our Dublin Manufacturing site, Crumlin, D12.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

 

  • 3rd level qualification (either completed or underway) in HR, Corporate Affairs, Marketing or similar educational background.
  • Willingness to learn about the business, and an understanding of the regulatory nature of the BioPharma sector that LEO Pharma operates in.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and administration skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to try new things and learn
