Your Role

As a Fill and Pack Operator, you will be responsible for filling and packing pharmaceutical products in line with GMP, safety, quality, and cost standards, while meeting planned production schedules. You will work as part of a flexible, high‑performing team within the Technical Packaging Business Unit (TPBU).

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Operating fill and pack processes in accordance with company procedures
  • Ensuring full compliance with GMP and health and safety standards at all times
  • Accurately completion of all production documentation, including processing records and logbooks
  • Performing line set‑ups, number and lot changes, purgation, and end‑of‑batch activities
  • Operating equipment such as scales and stat analysers
  • Carrying out end‑of‑lot and bulk clean‑down activities
  • Promptly reporting any faults, malfunctions, or defects to the TPBU Production Supervisor
  • Working closely with Process Engineers and Manufacturing Development teams to resolve equipment or performance issues

 

This role is based at our Dublin manufacturing site and is subject to shift working.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing is a clear advantage, as is familiarity with GMP or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Willingness and ability to work as part of a flexible team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to contribute effectively to team performance
  • Willingness to undertake all required training
  • In addition, you are someone who takes pride in producing high‑quality work and can follow procedures and safety standards consistently.
