Your role

As a Documentation and Production Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our production departments. Your main objective will include documentation control, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.

Primary work tasks:

• Manage documentation activities, including issuing and controlling production-related documents.
• Creating, updating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (Wis) for production processes.
• Procurement for production. 
• Reporting and matrix responsibilities.
• Administer the MyDoc GxP System, issuing documents for review and approval.
• Investigate product customer complaints using the MyQMS system.

This role is based at our Dublin Manufacturing site in Crumlin and is open to some hybrid working. 
 

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

•    Third-level qualification (NFQ Level 7 or higher) in a scientific or engineering field
•    Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare, would be benefitial. 
•    Experience in quality documentation systems would be advantageous.
•    Strong understanding of cGMPs and a commitment to a right-first-time approach is essential.
