As Business Manager for Ireland and Northern Ireland you will be shaping and driving LEO Pharma’s long term vision and strategy for both our existing Dermatology portfolio and for new launch assets.

Your new role

In this role you truly understand and recognize the need of patients and our key stakeholders in everything you do. Your new role will be split 50/50 with leading the Dermatology Sales Teams and external engagement across Republic and Northern Ireland (ROI/ N Ire).

 

  • Accountable for delivering Dermatology sales targets across full portfolio and manage the overall direction of all Dermatology commercial activities.
  • Delivering Market Access Strategy for new product launches with successful reimbursement. 
  • External engagement with key bodies that cover Market Access & Pricing in Rep of Ireland / Northern Ireland; PAG’s, IPHA & Wholesaler distribution.
  • Responsible for ‘on the ground’ Patient Access by networking with governmental authorities striving to optimize our impact on pricing/ reimbursement regulations and other health care priorities  in collaboration with the UKIE Senior Commercial Director.
  • Lead the launch readiness preparations for new product launches including KEE & Payor engagement
  • Collaborate with External Affairs on PAG engagement for both existing Dermatology portfolio and up and coming product launches
  • Continuously assess the promotional activities to ensure that ROI/N Ire operates in the most cost effective and profitable way.
  • Represent LEO Pharma on IPHA Strategy Board

  • Irish based field based role with regular travel to UK (Monthly, dependent on business need) #LI-hybrid

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

 

  • Educated to degree level in Science, Nursing or Business
  • Significant demonstrable experience leading Sales or Marketing function at National level
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets at National level
  • Knowledge of Pharma and of Dermatology Business in Ireland
  • Involvement in Industry Associations
