Your role

As Medical Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for leading medical affairs strategy and execution across assigned countries, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute medical affairs strategies and tactical plans for assigned countries.
• Provide scientific and clinical leadership across the product portfolio and support future launch readiness activities.
• Monitor disease area developments, guidelines, clinical data, and competitor activity.
• Act as the main medical contact for alliance partners and provide medical guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, investigators, scientific societies, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead scientific exchange and represent the company at congresses, advisory boards, and medical forums.
• Support medical education programs and respond to medical information requests.
• Review medical and scientific materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all medical activities follow company policies, local regulations, and industry codes.
• Support pharmacovigilance, adverse event reporting, and quality complaint processes.
• Contribute to evidence generation, research initiatives, and publication activities.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time across the assigned markets

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong dermatology therapeutic area knowledge, including clinical research, treatment pathways, and guidelines.
• Proven experience engaging KOLs, healthcare professionals, scientific societies, and other external experts.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance, and medical governance.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.  Arabic, French, or Russian language skills are preferred.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures is essential, and experience in alliance, distributor, or partner-management environments will be a strong advantage.
