Your missions
As the HR Business Partner for the French Thrombosis in-country organization, you will partner closely with primarily the Business Unit Director France, Head of Medical Affairs Thrombosis France and their leadership teams, while you will work closely with the Strategic HRBP for the Global Business Unit Thrombosis and Head of HR Commercial France on projects to the benefit of the wider business and actively participate in strengthening the HR Community across LEO Pharma globally.
First of all, you will act as the daily close business partner for the FR Thrombosis business, coaching, challenging and support the development of the organization in line with current and foreseeable business challenges. You will drive employee relations and legal & social processes within own assigned business areas at a high proficiency and act as a close discussion partner with Head of HR Commercial France within related fields.
As part of our day to day leadership activities, you will drive HR processes on a tactical level in accordance with the HR Annual Wheel in strong collaboration with our skilled experts in Global Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Global People Shared Services. For these activities, you will be supported well practically by our strong global ways of working while you will take the advisor role only for leaders you support.
A key element in this role is also to support and lead people related projects and activities across the commercial FR and global thrombosis organization, under themes such as :
• Organizational Health check
• Leadership
• Engagement
• DE&I
• Talent Management
• People Development
• Organizational Design & Structural Changes
• Change management
We expect that you continuously are on top of and analyse people data & external HR trends and translate these to meaning and call for action for your key stakeholders. Some of the projects will have a scope beyond your own business partnering area and you will be supporting the Strategic HRBP in aligning, driving and consolidating efforts within the thrombosis space.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications :
• MSc in Human resources, Business Administration or the like.
• Proven track record as HR Business Partner, preferably within pharma or other regulated industries
• Full working proficiency in English as you will be reporting to a Denmark based manager and native level of French
• Experience navigating a matrix global organization with working relations across geographies
• Proactive and ability to secure a seat at the table
• Ability to identify, prioritize and focus on key challenges and opportunities and drive for results
• Analytical and fact-based with ability to translate people data & trends into meaning and call for action for key stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Curious towards the external surroundings and trends and ability to assess the fit of these in a LEO Pharma context
