Your role

 

As an HR Business Partner at LEO Pharma, you will be instrumental in driving HR excellence and supporting our organizational goals. Your main objectives will include providing expert HR advice, supporting HR initiatives, and acting as a change agent within the organization.

 

Some of the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

 

  • Support HR annual wheel activities and roll-out of HR initiatives such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and employee engagement surveys.
  • Provide advice and coaching to leaders on HR tasks at operational and tactical levels.
  • Act as a change partner to support ongoing organizational changes and new ways of working.
  • Actively support the HR Director on all works council and union-related matters.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations when necessary

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

 

  • A university degree in HR.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR generalist, including experience with performance management, employee relations, and development.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • The ability to lead change and execute in functional and matrixed environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
