LEO Pharma are currently recruiting an experienced Quality Control Analyst to join our talented team in Cork, on a 12-month fixed term contract!

Your Role
As our new QC Laboratory Analyst you will uphold the highest standards in our labs - ensuring every product meets our uncompromising commitment to excellence.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting sampling and chemical/microbiological analysis of raw materials, APIs, water systems, packaging components, and processing environments
- Performing process validation, investigative testing, and environmental monitoring
- Ensuring work meets cGMP and the LEO code of conduct
- Maintaining rigorous documentation, reviewing data, and preparation of detailed reports
- Supporting method and equipment validation and calibration
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Operating safely, sustainably, and with integrity in everything you do
Please note: This role requires attendance on-site in Cork, five days per week (Monday – Friday)
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or Biotechnology, or equivalent by experience.
- A detail-driven scientist with QC lab experience in pharma and a demonstrable knowledge of cGMP principles
- Competent in chemical and microbiological techniques
- Organised, proactive, and committed to achieving laboratory and production schedules
- A genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
