In Global Medical Affairs tralokinumab you will work with the global non-interventional study, TRACE, which serves as a cornerstone for our post approval data generation for tralokinumab helping people with atopic dermatitis live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care.
Your role
The role is dedicated to developing a strategic data analysis and communication plan for TRACE. The position holder must pull together the TRACE local data generation needs in collaboration with the affiliates as well as Global HEOR and Market Access needs. The TRACE derived solutions have to be integrated into the Global plan for data generation and communication for TRACE and aligned with the Global Publication plan to ensure optimal impact.
- Develop a data gap analysis and understand the various stakeholders’ data needs and develop a comprehensive data generation plan for the TRACE NIS
- Develop a publication strategy based on the data generation plan, in collaboration with Global Publication and Global HEOR/Market Access colleagues and Affiliates
- Develop strong relationship with core Affiliates and ensure their input into the strategy and execution
- High levels of thought leader management including consultation with customers on comparative effectiveness, place in therapy, and appropriate use of supported products
- Communicate scientific, clinical, health outcomes research objectives to internal stakeholders with varying levels of NIS expertise
- Assist in the training of LEO personnel
- Collaborate with Global functions, brand and project teams as needed.
- Understand local NIS needs and optimize data to be captured in order to support differentiation of the product
- Provides leadership and acts as a strategic interface with KOLs and home office senior management to provide ongoing input for corporate strategic plans
You can look forward to travel approximately 40 to 50 days per year.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Terminal or Doctorate degree or MSc with relevant experience required
- A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in pharmaceutical industry is required
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience of setting up NIS studies in a Medical Affairs position
- Experience with working with stakeholders outside of US
- Deep understanding of NIS data generation from Medical as well as training in methodology is key
- Deep understanding of Medical Affairs, safety or related disciplines to generate valuable evidence from retrospective and prospective studies
- Experience of collaborating with Market Access and HEOR is a plus but not a pre-requisite
- Experience in dermatology or related experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated business and scientific acumen
- Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate scientific information is imperative
- Strong presentation and teaching skills
As a person, you have a high level of interactive communication skills as well as presentation skills. You have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization, and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage ever-changing priorities in a structured mode. You are a problem solver with an excellent stakeholder management skills.
