Role Description

Support the Sales Force Team with Veeva CRM system to guarantee the operation and maintenance.
Provide and create Productivity, In-Market and Prescription reports to Sales Force and Internal Areas to support diagnostic and business decision-making in the data driven design.
Monitor Sales the KPIs related to productivity, performance, and compliance together with Sales Mangers, DSMs, GPs, Training, Quality and Medical Affairs areas.
Participate, develop, and implement projects directly related to Sales Force: new analysis, Power BI, new SFE tools, segmentation & targeting, sizing and deployment.
Work as interface with global BI, Veeva and Global LEO IT support for the project / module’s implementation and operation issues
Responsible to bring insights and add value to the business
