Role Description

  • Support the Sales Force Team with Veeva CRM system to guarantee the operation and maintenance.
  • Provide and create Productivity, In-Market and Prescription reports to Sales Force and Internal Areas to support diagnostic and business decision-making in the data driven design.
  • Monitor Sales the KPIs related to productivity, performance, and compliance together with Sales Mangers, DSMs, GPs, Training, Quality and Medical Affairs areas.
  • Participate, develop, and implement projects directly related to Sales Force: new analysis, Power BI, new SFE tools, segmentation & targeting, sizing and deployment.
  • Work as interface with global BI, Veeva and Global LEO IT support for the project / module’s implementation and operation issues
  • Responsible to bring insights and add value to the business
