As our new Supply Chain Manager for MENA (Middle East & North Africa), you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care.

 
Your role

In this role as Supply Chain Manager, you will deliver excellent professional services within supply chain making sure that LEO Pharma products are available for patients in MENA, considering: Demand management and forecasting to ensure efficient production planning, drive Forecast Accuracy reporting and improvements for appointed Alliance markets and deliver within defined KPIs, serve as liaison between commercial, supply chain/logistics, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and other relevant stakeholders, facilitate IBP cycle local and globally, optimized local inventory policies and stock monitoring and proactive mitigation of OoS situations and finally ensure a strong collaboration with partners, distributors and the Global Logistics Team.
 

In details: 


Strategy
    • Take part in supply chain related strategic initiatives / projects such as portfolio optimization, launch preparations/execution and SKU Life Cycle Management
    • Develop local strategy for the future of Supply Chain in MENA

 

Operations
    • Ensure orders are placed to consume the demand and log any significant variations to the orders or demand 
    • Coordinate orders and shipments with production
    • Ensure adherence to inventory policy, FC ACC and proactive OOS mitigation
    • Ensuring successful launch of new products with no Supply Chain interruptions
    • Point of contact between supply chain, Partners. distributors, commercial, regulatory and finance

    • Provide management with information regarding gross sales, local sales, orders, and discounts
    • GDP key supply chain responsibilities such as audits and communication with IQVIA and partners

    • Support Senior Management with on demand reports and analysis

 

Your qualifications 
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 


    •    Graduate degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Logistics
    •    Min. 5 years of working experience demonstrating a high level of supply chain processes and business understanding
    •    2 years of working with S&OP / IBP processes preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
    •    Fluent in English and French for business use 
    •    Confidence in dealing with a broad range of complex, non-routine, work and social interactions.
    •    Experience working in SAP and IBP is a requirement.
    •    Analytical skills - Uses formulas and computations to evaluate complex numerical information quickly, including the spotting of inconsistencies and trends
    •    Finance knowledge: including budget involvement experience, finance analysis, reporting and performance vs KPIs
    •    Ability to work flexible hours (Time zone sensitive)
